Late last month, Sony rolled out the new iteration of their successful Playstation 3 line, called the PS3 Slim. Needless to say, it is much like its older brother, the PS2 slim, in the concept that it is smaller than its predecessor. Everyone was excited when their devices got bumped from either the 4.2 or 4.3 OS version up to 4.5. Verizon recently bumped up the very popular Curve (8330) and also the Pearl (8130) so that they are at the same level as the 8830 World Edition, 4.5.0.138.
